All our products, whether made overseas or in the United States are certified by both their vendors and an independent agency. All are compliant with the new laws and policies enacted in August of 2008. The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) is the new guideline for lead and phthalate content as well as for new labeling instructions. You will notice choking hazard symbols on all applicable items.
