Shipping Information
We ship all in-stock items within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 3-5 business days*. Occasionally, we experience a delay in receiving product from our vendors. If your item is backordered, the item detail page will show an expected in-stock date. If your item is backordered for more than 2 weeks, you will receive further notification by mail or email.
Drop-Shipped Items
All items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer have an item number that ends with the letter “D”. They require 2-3 weeks for delivery. These items cannot be express shipped. Usually these items are furniture or personalized items.
Some items require curbside truck delivery and will require additional freight charges.

The standard shipping cost is shown in the table below. The additional cost of rush shipping will be computed for you during the checkout process, and is based on the weight and distance. Express shipping is not available on drop-shipped items.
