We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from Sensational Beginnings. Always. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 90 days from date of purchase for a prompt refund, exchange or account credit. If the product is defective, we'll reimburse you for the shipping charges. The instructions are on your packing slip.

How do I return an item?
Returning an item to Sensational Beginnings is easy!

Please complete the return form found on the back of your packing slip, and include it with any returned merchandise.
Use the pre-addressed ARS shipping label, also found in your package. If for some reason you do not have the pre-addressed ARS shipping label, please call us at 1-800-444-2147 and ask to have one sent to you. In the event you are charged for the shipping, the ARS shipping label will cost you just $7.45.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns and exchanges in all cases except when:

  •    We have determined that the item arrived in defective condition  
  •    We made an error in processing or shipping your item

Please be aware that we will charge your account for all applicable shipping costs.

What if I'm returning a gift item?
If you received a Sensational Beginnings product as a gift, we are happy to provide a refund to the purchaser, or provide you with a gift certificate.

How do I check the status of a return?
If you would like to check the status of a return or credit, please e-mail us at
customerservice@sb-kids.com or call our customer service department at 800-444-6058, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST.

It takes us approximately two weeks to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse.
